Sales:

• Strong retail sales and customer service work experience
• Product knowledge through playing experience or education in guitar, drums, keyboard/piano, brass & woodwind, PA systems, or music technology and software
• Completion of high school diploma or equivalent; post secondary education in Music or Business or comprehensive Sales training are definite assets
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office, internet, email)
  

Management:

• Supervisory or management experience, ideally in a Retail environment
• Completion of post secondary education in Music or Business or equivalent work experience

Office:

• Accounts payables and receivables experience as well as administrative skills
• Completion of high school diploma or equivalent; post secondary education in Office Administration is an asset
• Customer service work experience
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office, internet, email)
  

Warehouse:

• Completion of high school is an asset
• Warehousing experience (shipping, receiving, order picking, stock counts, etc.)
• Good physical condition is required for the movement of heavy items (up to 50 lb.)
• Excellent attention to detail
